Products

All products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is produced individually, small variations in finish, texture, and dimensions are normal and are part of the character of handmade work. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may appear differently on different screens.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse an order at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed; if we do, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Personalization

When you order a personalized item, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including spelling. We produce the item exactly as entered. Please double-check your text before completing your order, as personalized items cannot be changed once production begins.

You confirm that any text, logo, or design you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline a personalization request.

Intellectual property

All designs, product images, and site content are the property of RizArt and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website. Our products are decorative and functional items; it is the buyer's responsibility to install them safely and appropriately.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
